The Functional Analysis Unit present in Poznań

Noémie Fougnies, Alessandro Quattrocchi, Karl Grosse-Erdmann and Quentin Menet participated this summer in the conference “Topological Methods in Functional Analysis and Measure Theory” organised by Adam Mickiewicz University and the Poznań branch of the Polish Mathematical Society. During this conference, a parallel session dedicated to linear dynamics was organised by Adam Przestacki and Karl Grosse-Erdmann. This was an excellent opportunity for Noémie and Alessandro to meet various experts in the field, and a chance for Karl and Quentin to present their latest results. Several presentations also focused on Lipschitz-free spaces, making this conference particularly interesting for the F.R.S-FNRS Research Project “Dynamics of shift operators and related operators”.
