Le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux outils de d\u00e9tection (biosenseurs) de mol\u00e9cules biologiques est \u00e9galement une pr\u00e9occupation de nos chercheurs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Biochimie\u00a0 appliqu\u00e9e,\u00a0proc\u00e9d\u00e9s biotechnologiques et environnementaux :<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette th\u00e9matique vise au d\u00e9veloppement de bioproc\u00e9d\u00e9s exploitables dans les domaines pharmaceutiques, agro-alimentaires et environnementaux en associant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de micro-organismes ou de cellules de mammif\u00e8res, l\u2019\u00e9laboration de mod\u00e8les math\u00e9matiques bas\u00e9s sur leur m\u00e9tabolisme, la mise au point de technologies sp\u00e9cifiques et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils d\u2019optimisation et de r\u00e9gulation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Adaptation de la cellule \u00e0 l\u2019organisme :<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette th\u00e9matique cible la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation des organismes vivants \u00e0 leurs contraintes environnementales. Dans ce cadre, un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier est port\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de la communication chimique, de la m\u00e9canique du cytosquelette ainsi qu\u2019aux bases mol\u00e9culaires de la m\u00e9canotransduction.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>\u00c9cophysiologie &#8211; biologie et microbiologie environnementales :<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette th\u00e9matique a pour objectif l\u2019\u00e9tude et la mod\u00e9lisation des relations entre les \u00eatres vivants et leur environnement en s\u2019int\u00e9ressant, en particulier, aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9cologiques et physiologiques qui naissent des associations multi-esp\u00e8ces telles que les bact\u00e9ries et les coraux.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>\u00c9cologie des populations, biodiversit\u00e9 et \u00e9volution :<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019analyse des m\u00e9canismes qui r\u00e9gissent les effectifs des populations et m\u00e9tapopulations d\u2019\u00eatres vivants, leur r\u00e9partition et leur abondance est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de cette th\u00e9matique.
