S\u2019appuyant sur les domaines d\u2019expertise des diff\u00e9rents partenaires impliqu\u00e9s, le projet BACA-COAT ambitionne le d\u00e9veloppement de rev\u00eatements antibact\u00e9riens originaux au travers de la r\u00e9partition de structures h\u00e9t\u00e9rocycliques biologiquement actives le long d\u2019une dorsale polym\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fragments of Antibodies (FAR) \u2013 projet Biowin <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>projet en partenariat entre le Laboratoire de RMN de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Mons, le Center for Microscopy and Molecular Imaging (CMMI partie ULB et UMONS) et les firmes Trasis et Xpress Biologics.<\/p>\n<p>budget total de 2 279 411 \u20ac (dont 370 668 \u20ac allou\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;UMONS)<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Le but du projet est de d\u00e9velopper des solutions industrialis\u00e9es et simplifi\u00e9es pour la production de fragments d&rsquo;anticorps radiomarqu\u00e9s pour la radio immuno th\u00e9rapie (RIT).<br \/>\nCela permettra l&rsquo;obtention de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments modulables et en quantit\u00e9s importantes pour le traitement de cancers par RIT.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PrimoGaia, FET-Open Horizon 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partenaires\u00a0: Consortium\u00a0d\u2019acad\u00e9miciens et d\u2019industriels\u00a0(Acad\u00e9miques\u00a0: Universit\u00e9 de Mons (UMONS, Mons, Belgique), CNRS Bordeaux (France) [coordinateurs], Aix Marseille Universit\u00e9 (AMU, Marseille, France), Universita Degli Studi Di Torino (UNITO, Turin, Italie); Industriels\u00a0: Fraunhofer (Wurtzburg, Allemagne), Stelar SRL (Mede, Italie), Pure Devices GmbH (Allemagne)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Budget total\u00a0(EU contribution) : 3 387 821,25 euros<\/p>\n<p>Budget UMONS: 475 750 euros<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de ce projet europ\u00e9en consiste en la construction d\u2019un imageur IRM (Imagerie par R\u00e9sonance Magn\u00e9tique) qui r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 la technique de pr\u00e9-polarisation \u00e0 champ terrestre. L\u2019UMONS propose le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux agents de contraste destin\u00e9s \u00e0 cette nouvelle instrumentation en utilisant une approche d\u2019imagerie mol\u00e9culaire pour garantir la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce de pathologies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theraget\u00a0(projet Euronanomed III)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partenaires\u00a0: Universit\u00e9 de Strasbourg, UMONS, CMMI-UMONS, BIOEMTECH (Gr\u00e8ce), Chematech (France), \u201cIuliu Hatieganu\u201d University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Roumanie)<\/p>\n<p>Budget\u00a0: 200000 euros<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Le projet vise le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une nanoplateforme multifonctionnelle permettant le diagnostic, le traitement et le suivi du traitement par plusieurs techniques d\u2019imagerie compl\u00e9mentaires, telles que l\u2019Imagerie par R\u00e9sonance Magn\u00e9tique (IRM) ou l\u2019Imagerie par Emission de Positrons (TEP), de diff\u00e9rents types de cancer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bourse 50\/50 UMONS (C. Gos\u00e9e)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partenaires\u00a0: URCA (Reims), UMONS (CGOB et CMMI-UMONS)<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de th\u00e8se vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des sondes mol\u00e9culaires et nanoparticulaires pour l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale.
