{"id":535,"date":"2020-12-02T11:55:40","date_gmt":"2020-12-02T10:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/biosciences\/?p=535"},"modified":"2020-12-02T11:55:40","modified_gmt":"2020-12-02T10:55:40","slug":"protodrive-le-groupe-seco-obtient-un-nouveau-projet-win2wal-dgo6-avec-le-cer-et-univercells","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/biosciences\/fr\/protodrive-le-groupe-seco-obtient-un-nouveau-projet-win2wal-dgo6-avec-le-cer-et-univercells\/","title":{"rendered":"ProtoDrive: le Groupe SECO obtient un nouveau projet Win2Wal (DGO6) avec le CER et Univercells"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ProtoDrive &#8211; Optimisation de la PROductivit\u00e9 en macromol\u00e9cules th\u00e9rapeutiques des cultures de cellules mammaliennes via le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une librairie de formulation pr\u00e9dictive data-DRIVEn des milieux (Win2Wal 2020)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project coordinators: Laurent Dewasme and Alain Vande Wouwer, Systems, Estimation, Control and Optimization Group (SECO), University of Mons, Belgium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Partners: CER group, Univercells<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, les \u00ab Process Analytical Technologies \u00bb (PAT) pr\u00e9conisent l\u2019utilisation de mod\u00e8les math\u00e9matiques et l\u2019utilisation de techniques de simulation et d\u2019optimisation num\u00e9riques en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la conduite des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et le suivi de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mieux comprendre le m\u00e9tabolisme cellulaire est primordial afin de composer les milieux de cultures (en diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que les acides amin\u00e9s, les sels, les vitamines et les mol\u00e9cules dites boosters) de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production bioth\u00e9rapeutique permettant, par exemple, de fabriquer des vaccins. Ainsi, cette composition peut \u00eatre optimis\u00e9e sur base de pr\u00e9dictions apport\u00e9es par un mod\u00e8le du bioproc\u00e9d\u00e9, au sens du manufacturing 4.0, afin de notamment minimiser les co\u00fbts et l&rsquo;impact environnemental.<\/p>\n<p>Une composition optimis\u00e9e des milieux de culture conduirait en effet \u00e0 une utilisation rationnelle, \u00e9vitant le gaspillage d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments non consomm\u00e9s par le m\u00e9tabolisme cellulaire (certains acides amin\u00e9s sont actuellement fournis \u00e0 des niveaux standards dans les milieux, alors que certaines cellules sont en mesure de les produire) et favoriserait l&rsquo;\u00e9tat m\u00e9tabolique cellulaire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u00e9sir\u00e9. L&rsquo;accumulation de certains m\u00e9tabolites peut en effet \u00e9galement inhiber la croissance cellulaire et impacter la qualit\u00e9 et la quantit\u00e9 des produits d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat.
