{"id":15,"date":"2021-11-04T13:55:38","date_gmt":"2021-11-04T12:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/cell\/activites-de-recherche\/"},"modified":"2023-03-10T10:28:31","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T09:28:31","slug":"activites-de-recherche","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/cell\/activites-de-recherche\/","title":{"rendered":"Activit\u00e9s de recherche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au sein du laboratoire de Biologie Cellulaire, <strong>deux axes de recherche principaux<\/strong> sont men\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #004c93;\"><strong>1. \u00a0Interactomique virale fonctionnelle<\/strong> (Prof. Tafforeau)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cet axe de recherche s&rsquo;attelle \u00e0 comprendre comment un virus, lorsqu&rsquo;il infecte une cellule, arrive \u00e0 prendre le contr\u00f4le des fonctions cellulaires. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, nous nous int\u00e9ressons aux r\u00f4les des interactions entre des prot\u00e9ines du virus de la grippe (virus Influenza A) et certaines voies cellulaires. Nous identifions les interactions entre les prot\u00e9ines virales et les prot\u00e9ines cellulaires, et nous caract\u00e9risons leurs implications fonctionnelles dans le cycle infectieux du virus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deux projets sont en cours au sein du laboratoire concernant cette th\u00e9matique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La caract\u00e9risation du lien entre les prot\u00e9ines NS1 et PA-X et la machinerie de la traduction cellulaire.
