Lors de son assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 2021, le Centre de droit public a \u00e9t\u00e9 rebaptis\u00e9 en <a href=\"https:\/\/droit-public.ulb.ac.be\/\">Centre de droit public et social<\/a>, afin de refl\u00e9ter la diversification des expertises en son sein.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Sohier, Pr\u00e9sident du Centre de droit public et social de l&rsquo;ULB<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/llj.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Je%CC%81ro%CC%82me-Sohier.jpg\" width=\"202\" height=\"303\" \/>N\u00e9 \u00e0 Etterbeek le 19 d\u00e9cembre 1960, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Sohier est licenci\u00e9 en droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles (option droit public), depuis juin 1983. Il effectue des \u00e9tudes post-universitaires en R\u00e9publique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale d\u2019Allemagne (1984), dans un programme sp\u00e9cial du \u00ab Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) \u00bb pour juristes \u00e9trangers. Elle est docteure en droit de l\u2019ULB, constitutionnaliste \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Mons et professeure d&rsquo;Histoire du Droit et de Droit constitutionnel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de Droit UMONS-ULB. Ses sujets de recherches tournent autour du droit politique, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment des rapports entre le droit, la d\u00e9mocratie et le f\u00e9d\u00e9ralisme.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/staff.umons.ac.be\/anne-emmanuelle.bourgaux\/pubsfr.html\">Les publications d&rsquo;Anne-Emmanuelle Bourgaux<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du Centre de droit public et social<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le Centre de droit public et social de l&rsquo;ULB est dirig\u00e9 par le professeur Julien Pieret. Son \u00e9quipe, interdisciplinaire, compte plus de 50 personnes. Parmi celles-ci, on retrouve notamment Margot Celli et Xavier Hubinon, assistants de travaux pratiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9cole de Droit UMONS-ULB.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/droit-public-et-social.ulb.be\/equipe\/historique-du-centre\/\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche du Centre de droit public et social de l\u2019ULB<\/a> d\u00e9veloppe depuis plus de 40 ans des recherches sur les principaux th\u00e8mes relevant de ces disciplines juridiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En droit constitutionnel : le syst\u00e8me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral belge, les r\u00e9formes de l\u2019\u00c9tat et la s\u00e9paration des pouvoirs.<\/li>\n<li>En droits humains : la th\u00e9orie des droits et libert\u00e9s, la protection juridictionnelle belge et internationale des droits fondamentaux et le r\u00e9gime juridique des droits \u00e9conomiques et sociaux.<\/li>\n<li>En droit administratif : l\u2019organisation administrative, la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019acte administratif et les principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du droit administratif et du contentieux administratif.<\/li>\n<li>En droit du travail : le contrat de travail, les relations collectives de travail, la r\u00e9glementation du travail (temps de travail, droit de la non-discrimination, bien-\u00eatre au travail, etc.) et le droit de l\u2019emploi.<\/li>\n<li>En droit de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale : l\u2019organisation institutionnelle de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, les branches du syst\u00e8me (soins de sant\u00e9, ch\u00f4mage, pensions,\u2026), la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des ind\u00e9pendants et l\u2019aide sociale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 cette liste de th\u00e8mes des recherches en droit public et en droit social s\u2019ajoutent des objets plus transversaux comme la justice ou la d\u00e9mocratie abord\u00e9s sous l\u2019angle de la philosophie du droit ou de la sociologie juridique.
