This programme lasts one academic year. Classes are held in Mons in the evenings and on Wednesday afternoons.

Learning outcomes are defined in terms of knowledge, expertise and soft skills.

  • Understand ethical issues and respect the ethical and regulatory frameworks of the profession from a democratic and responsible perspective.
  • Analyse the organisational and institutional environment of the education system and act within it, in particular by interacting with colleagues, parents, management, among others, in order to:
    • Be involved in the school's management and participate in efforts to improve the education system of the French Community of Belgium;
    • Make the school a place where students learn, develop and are educated in a positive atmosphere, rather than a place of selection.
  • Be fully aware of their administrative situation and keep track of their personal administrative records.
