En effet, le CO\u2082 captur\u00e9 et purifi\u00e9 sera utilis\u00e9 comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour la production de fuel synth\u00e9tique (cha\u00eene \u00ab\u00a0CCU\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; Carbon Capture &amp; Utilization), et en particulier le m\u00e9thanol, le gaz naturel synth\u00e9tique (SNG) ou le k\u00e9roz\u00e8ne, et ce, en utilisant de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne produit \u00e0 partir d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable pour d\u00e9fossiliser les combustibles. Vu sa place centrale dans une future \u00e9conomie circulaire, un r\u00e9el march\u00e9 du CO\u2082 s\u2019impose dans notre pays et il sera d\u00e8s lors primordial de pouvoir g\u00e9rer ce march\u00e9, tant sur des aspects techniques et infrastructurels (cf. capture, purification et transport du CO\u2082), que sur des aspects \u00e9conomiques et r\u00e9gulatoires (cf. march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en du CO\u2082 et d\u2019\u00e9change de quotas de CO\u2082 ETS \u2013 Emission Trading Scheme).
