The Information and Communication Department develops teaching and research activities focused on the analysis of media, journalism, and contemporary communication practices.<\/p>\n

Its members contribute primarily to the Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Social Sciences, where they teach courses in communication, journalism, and media studies.<\/p>\n

              The department is closely associated with the Laboratory for Journalistic Practices and Identities (LaPIJ), an inter-university research centre (ULB\u2013UMONS) dedicated to the analysis of transformations in journalism and information professions.<\/p>\n

              It also develops collaborations with various institutional partners and stakeholders in the Belgian media sector.<\/p>\n
