Cette recherche sera \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en janvier \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence de la LERA \u00ab\u00a0Labor and Employment Relations Association\u00a0\u00bb, rendez-vous prestigieux des \u00e9conomistes du travail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><em>This paper is among the firsts to investigate the impact of overeducation and overskilling on workers\u2019 wages using a unique pan-European database covering twenty-eight countries for the year 2014, namely the CEDEFOP\u2019s European Skills and Jobs (ESJ) survey. Overall, the results suggest a wage penalty associated with overeducation.
