Do you want to write your dissertation at the Faculty of Engineering (FPMs)?<\/p>\n<p>The list of dissertation subjects is available on request (see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/fpms\/en\/student-mobility-international\/in-mobility\/faculty-contacts\/\"><strong>Faculty Contacts<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Two forms are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u201cLearning Agreement\u201d form<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cPlacement\u201d form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The \u201cLearning Agreement\u201d\u00a0form<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your university has a formal agreement with UMONS (and more specifically the FPMs)<\/li>\n<li>According to your profile, you choose the dissertation subject from amongst our course programmes<\/li>\n<li>The dissertation will be credited with 20 ECTS<\/li>\n<li>You must write your dissertation during your stay and present it to the Faculty of Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>The \u201cPlacement\u201d\u00a0form <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You have (or a teacher at your university has) contact with a teacher from UMONS and they want to welcome you to their laboratory for a research assignment or a practical placement<\/li>\n<li>Your dissertation will be credited with ECTS at your home university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: It is important that the form is filled out and the subject of the placement is fully determined BEFORE you arrive at the FPMs!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you studying for a Master&rsquo;s at your university?
