Research activities
The research activities of the unit are structured around the following research themes:
- operational research and more particularly optimization (continuous, combinatorial, mono-objective, multi-objectf, meta-modeling, …),
- data analysis (modelling of inaccuracies and preferences, representation and ananlysis of large data sets, multimedia data processing, linear dimension reduction and approximation of matrices by matrices of low rank and in particular the “nonnegative matrix factorization”),
- and artificial inteligence (Machine learning, deep learning, …).
