Cette technique favorise \u00e9galement le\u00a0recyclage des mati\u00e8res non imprimables vers une nouvelle fili\u00e8re, utile notamment pour la mise en place d\u2019une \u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la cadre de cette recherche port\u00e9e par l\u2019UMONS, en partenariat avec Sirris et Technochim, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 SLM (<em>Selective Laser Melting<\/em>) sera utilis\u00e9. Il consiste \u00e0 fondre successivement des couches de poudre m\u00e9tallique, dans une chambre sous atmosph\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. L&rsquo;une des limitations de la FA\u00a0est la rugosit\u00e9 de la surface apr\u00e8s fabrication, avec la pr\u00e9sence de nombreux creux et bosses. Ces d\u00e9fauts peuvent\u00a0entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes plus importants de diminution des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de surface. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que le projet OptiSurfAM intervient.<\/p>\n<h5>Un projet de recherche en lien avec les besoins industriels<\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>L\u2019objectif du projet OptiSurfAm*<\/em><em>\u00a0est de d\u00e9velopper <\/em><em>des rev\u00eatements par plasma d\u2019oxydation \u00e9lectrolytique (PEO) sur des pi\u00e8ces en aluminium de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe \u00e9labor\u00e9es par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 SLM<\/em>\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Marjorie Olivier, Pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Institut Mat\u00e9riaux de l\u2019UMONS. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le but\u00a0? Augmenter leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s tribologiques et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Les connaissances scientifiques acquises permettront de proposer et de valider les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d\u2019un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 transf\u00e9rable industriellement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cet objectif rentre dans la strat\u00e9gie commerciale des industriels, et notamment celle de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Technochim, qui propose \u00e0 ses clients de rendre optimales les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de surface de leurs pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques par traitements chimiques ou \u00e9lectrochimiques. D\u00e9j\u00e0 actif dans le post-traitement de pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es en 3D en alliage Al-Si-Mg, Technochim apportera son expertise industrielle au projet OptiSurfAM. Ce projet permettra \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9largir sa gamme de traitement aux alliages d\u2019aluminium des s\u00e9ries 2000 et 7000 et de se positionner en tant que leader technique et op\u00e9rationnel dans les nouveaux march\u00e9s de l\u2019additive manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Sirris continue \u00e0 promouvoir les techniques de fabrication avanc\u00e9e dans les secteurs de la fabrication m\u00e9tallique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette collaboration. Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de projets de recherche sur les aluminiums pour la fabrication additive et vise \u00e0 ouvrir et cr\u00e9er de nouveaux services industriels chez le partenaire industriel du projet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce projet est financ\u00e9 par le programme Win2Wal.
