{"id":15,"date":"2021-11-19T11:34:27","date_gmt":"2021-11-19T10:34:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/phrr\/activites-de-recherche\/"},"modified":"2021-11-19T11:50:50","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T10:50:50","slug":"activites-de-recherche","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/phrr\/activites-de-recherche\/","title":{"rendered":"Activit\u00e9s de recherche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les projets de recherche d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s au sein du PhRR concernent l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019organisme \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes conditions physiologiques et pathologiques, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour le tissu musculaire et ses relations avec l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, le PhRR a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 3 axes de recherches :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les pathologies respiratoires (BPCO : BronchoPneumopathie Chronique Obstructive, SAOS : Syndrome d\u2019Apn\u00e9e Obstructive du Sommeil),<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019exercice physique,<\/li>\n<li>les myopathies h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires et acquises (DMA : Atrophie musculaire d\u2019inemploi, FSHD : Dystrophie Facio-Scapulo-Hum\u00e9rale).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019approche de recherche se veut translationnelle et int\u00e8gre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des \u00e9tudes cliniques,<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation in vivo (reconditionnement\/d\u00e9conditionnement musculaire, hypoxie continue et intermittente, \u00e9lectroporation de transg\u00e8nes, \u2026),<\/li>\n<li>des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9canistiques en culture cellulaire in vitro (macrophages, myoblastes, myotubes, fibres musculaires isol\u00e9es et cellules satellites \u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Projets de recherche clefs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Etude de la communication entre le muscle et le cerveau dans un contexte d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 : quel impact de l\u2019exercice physique ?<\/li>\n<li>Effets de l\u2019hypoxie intermittente sur les muscles respiratoires et locomoteurs dans le contexte du syndrome d\u2019apn\u00e9es obstructives du sommeil (SAOS)<\/li>\n<li>Etude de l\u2019effet de l\u2019hypox\u00e9mie sur les adipo\/myokines dans le contexte de la BPCO<\/li>\n<li>Etude du Crosstalk entre DUX4 et le facteur induit par l\u2019hypoxie (HIF1) dans le contexte de la FSHD<\/li>\n<li>La voie de l\u2019adiponectine: cible th\u00e9rapeutique pour contrer le d\u00e9conditionnement musculaire ?<\/li>\n<li>Ciblage au muscle d\u2019agents antisens \u00e0 vis\u00e9e th\u00e9rapeutique pour les myopathies.<\/li>\n<li>Etude translationnelle de la relation entre la fonction musculaire et respiratoire chez les patients FSHD: d\u00e9veloppement de crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9valuation cliniques et mol\u00e9culaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Projets collaboratifs et consortium<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Consortium ORGANCROSSTALK \u2013 Institut Sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Lab.
