Publications on Inspire

Research interests: mathematical foundations of field theory and fundamental interactions, Batalin-Vilkovisky quantization and generalisations, higher-spin gauge theories, noncommutative field theories, asymptotic symmetries.

Bio sketch: I grew up in Moscow, Russia and I studied physics at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow. I obtained a PhD in theoretical physics at Lebedev Physics Institute, Moscow in 2000. Since then I was all the time affiliated with Lebedev Physics Institute, except for two postdoc positions: at Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) in 2003-2004 and 1 year postdoctoral fellowship at Imperial College London (United Kingdom) in 2007. In 2019 I also took a part-time appointment at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

In 2023 I was awarded an FNRS ULYSSE – MISU grant and joined the UMONS group. My current research interests are mostly concerned with foundations of Lagrangian formalism in gauge field theory, mathematical theory of gauge systems on manifolds with boundaries and their symmetries. More concrete research directions, where the aforementioned general methods find their applications, has to do with (conformal) higher spin gravity.

Publications on Inspire Research interests: mathematical foundations of field theory and fundamental interactions, Batalin-Vilkovisky quantization and generalisations, higher-spin gauge theories, noncommutative field theories, asymptotic symmetries.
