Currently, our two main research focuses, which are human resource management (HRM) and corporate social responsibility (CSR), are declined around the following fields:<\/p>\n
Given the proximity between these two focuses, we also conduct research on the relationship between CSR and HRM.<\/p>\n
Our research is conducted using both qualitative methodologies (case studies, interviews, …) and quantitative methodologies (surveys with statistical\/econometric analysis).<\/p>\n
We are interested in both private and public sector organizations, with a specific focus on companies and universities involved in responsible approaches.<\/p>\n
