Pourtant, peu de travaux scientifiques se sont concentr\u00e9s sur le d\u00e9veloppement didactique de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des formateurs (Bastiani, 2017). Le projet ARC Sim\u2019Pro se destine actuellement \u00e0 deux terrains d\u2019exploitation qui sont la formation initiale de futurs enseignants du secondaire et la formation \u00e0 la gestion des risques dans les m\u00e9tiers de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n<p>Du 1er octobre 2021 au 30 septembre 2025, deux phases de recherches se succ\u00e9deront\u202fet viseront\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-377\" src=\"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro02.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro02.png 95w, https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro02-30x30.png 30w, https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro02-80x80.png 80w, https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro02-60x60.png 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 65px) 100vw, 65px\" \/>1) \u00e0 analyser une situation \u00e9ducative en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux th\u00e9ories et aux approches m\u00e9thodologiques r\u00e9sultant des d\u00e9veloppements en sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et des sciences psychologiques du travail afin d\u2019\u00e9laborer un mod\u00e8le a priori de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des formateurs en perspective des effets de celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-378\" src=\"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro03.png 77w, https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro03-30x30.png 30w, https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/app\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2022\/02\/ArcSimpro03-60x60.png 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 65px) 100vw, 65px\" \/>2) \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un dispositif de formation, le mettre en \u0153uvre et l\u2019\u00e9valuer sous l\u2019angle de la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 des apprenants et des formateurs (en regard du mod\u00e8le de Derobertmasure, 2012).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Subsidi\u00e9 les\u00a0Actions de recherche concert\u00e9es (ARC) jusqu\u2019en 2025, le projet est engag\u00e9 conjointement par trois unit\u00e9s de recherches de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Mons\u00a0: le service des\u00a0<span data-ogsc=\"rgb(237, 92, 87)\"><b>S<\/b><\/span><b><em><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW83430710 x_BCX0\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(237, 92, 87)\" data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 255, 255)\">ciences de l\u2019Enseignement et de la Formation<\/span><\/em><\/b>, le service\u00a0<em>Psychologie du Travail<\/em>\u00a0ainsi que la facult\u00e9 polytechnique via ISILAB.\u00a0 Il est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire de trois chercheurs \u2014\u00a0<span data-ogsc=\"rgb(237, 92, 87)\"><b>Madison Dave,<\/b><\/span>\u00a0Duvivier Val\u00e9rie et Rocca Fran\u00e7ois.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
