Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur rassemblera chercheurs, praticiens et experts de la psychologie du travail autour de th\u00e9matiques actuelles et innovantes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00c0 cette occasion, deux membres du projet ARC SimPro, <strong>Madison Dave et Val\u00e9rie Duvivier,<\/strong> repr\u00e9senteront leur \u00e9quipe au sein d\u2019un symposium intitul\u00e9\u00a0<i>\u00ab Au c\u0153ur de la formation professionnelle par simulation : l\u2019activit\u00e9 des formateurs. Enjeux, mod\u00e9lisations et perspectives \u00bb,\u00a0<\/i>coordonn\u00e9 par Agn\u00e8s Van Daele et Laurie-Anna Dubois.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Madison Dave y pr\u00e9sentera une communication intitul\u00e9e\u00a0<strong><i>\u00ab Ne pas perdre le contr\u00f4le de la simulation : un facteur cl\u00e9 de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des formateurs issus de services op\u00e9rationnels en gestion des risques \u00bb<\/i><\/strong>. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9ressera aux strat\u00e9gies d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par les formateurs pour assurer la gestion de la simulation dans des contextes souvent complexes et incertains.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Val\u00e9rie Duvivier proposera quant \u00e0 elle une intervention intitul\u00e9e\u00a0<strong><i>\u00ab Tout le monde en parle\u2026 ou pas ? Comprendre l\u2019activit\u00e9 des formateurs en d\u00e9briefing gr\u00e2ce aux mod\u00e8les DSTAM et Pyra Debrief \u00bb<\/i><\/strong>. Elle analysera les ressorts de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9briefing, en mobilisant deux mod\u00e8les qui permettent de mieux appr\u00e9hender ce moment-cl\u00e9 de la formation par simulation.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cette participation s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 des travaux men\u00e9s par le projet ARC SimPro, qui vise \u00e0 mieux comprendre et accompagner l\u2019activit\u00e9 des formateurs impliqu\u00e9s dans la simulation professionnelle.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #00abcc;\"><strong>Epreuve publique pour l\u2019obtention du grade acad\u00e9mique de Doctorat en sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et enseignement de Madame Val\u00e9rie DUVIVIER<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"news-single-excerpt\">\n<p data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"782\">Le 5 juin dernier, <strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"342\">Madame Val\u00e9rie Duvivier<\/strong> a soutenu avec succ\u00e8s sa th\u00e8se de doctorat en <strong data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"437\">Sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de l\u2019enseignement<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Mons. color: #00abcc;\"><strong data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"363\">Un m\u00e9moire en collaboration entre l&rsquo;ARC Sim&rsquo;Pro et le Centre de Comp\u00e9tences en Simulation M\u00e9dicale de l\u2019ULi\u00e8ge<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"865\">Dans le cadre de son m\u00e9moire de Master en Sciences de la Sant\u00e9 publique (Universit\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge), <strong data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"475\">Ysaline Voz<\/strong> a men\u00e9 une recherche approfondie sur le r\u00f4le du d\u00e9briefing dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants en sant\u00e9. Ce travail, intitul\u00e9 <em data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"716\">\u00ab Et si on apprenait aussi de ce qui fonctionne ? La r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 en d\u00e9briefing de simulation \u00bb<\/em>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"769\">sous la direction de M\u00e9ryl Paquay<\/strong>, avec la <strong data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"815\">co-promotion de Val\u00e9rie Duvivier<\/strong>, chercheuse au sein de l\u2019<strong data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"856\">ARC Sim\u2019Pro<\/strong> (UMONS).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1329\">Cette collaboration a permis de croiser les regards entre les recherches men\u00e9es en p\u00e9dagogie universitaire (ARC Sim\u2019Pro) et les pratiques du <strong data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1068\">Centre de Comp\u00e9tences en Simulation M\u00e9dicale de l\u2019ULi\u00e8ge<\/strong>. Le m\u00e9moire s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019analyse de quatre d\u00e9briefings r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans des contextes de formation en soins infirmiers, et met en lumi\u00e8re la richesse des apports r\u00e9flexifs issus d\u2019une observation attentive des pratiques efficaces, et non uniquement des erreurs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1683\">Ce travail contribue \u00e0 enrichir les r\u00e9flexions actuelles sur les <strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1442\">dispositifs d&rsquo;accompagnement en simulation<\/strong>, en soulignant l\u2019importance de valoriser les dimensions constructives et positives du retour sur action. Il ouvre \u00e9galement des perspectives pour le d\u00e9veloppement de grilles d\u2019analyse plus nuanc\u00e9es dans le domaine de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des formateurs en d\u00e9briefing post-simulation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #c40242;\"><strong>Ann\u00e9e 2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">\n<p>Le 28 novembre, les travaux sur la vision professionnelle et son \u00e9tude via l&rsquo;eyetracking ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;un groupe de travail europ\u00e9en sur l&rsquo;eyetracking (pr\u00e9sentation sur invitation d&rsquo;Andreas Gegenfurtener). L\u2019originalit\u00e9 du projet r\u00e9side dans le fait que cette assistance est con\u00e7ue autour de deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments conjoints : un outil technique \u00e9labor\u00e9 sur mesure et une formation bas\u00e9e sur un mod\u00e8le de l\u2019activit\u00e9 efficace. Le projet ARC Sim\u2019Pro se d\u00e9ploie actuellement sur trois terrains qui sont la formation initiale de futurs enseignants du secondaire, la formation \u00e0 la gestion des risques dans les m\u00e9tiers de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 civile et la formation initiale des pharmaciens. Ce projet pluridisciplinaire entre 3 services de l\u2019UMONS (SPT, INAS et ISIA Lab) permet de mutualiser les expertises et de proposer des outils innovants au service de la formation professionnelle. Dans le cadre du s\u00e9minaire, 4 th\u00e9matiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">La premi\u00e8re, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 14px;\" href=\"https:\/\/staff.umons.ac.be\/agnes.vandaele\/pubsfr.html\">Professeur Agn\u00e8s Van Daele<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> (SPT &#8211; UMONS), porte sur une r\u00e9flexion relative \u00e0 la pertinence des dispositifs de formation professionnelle par simulation. Cette r\u00e9flexion remet notamment en cause l\u2019id\u00e9al de l\u2019ultra-fid\u00e9lit\u00e9. Elle souligne l\u2019importance du cadre th\u00e9orique de l\u2019exploitation didactique des simulations. Autrement dit, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de liens entre situation naturelle de travail et situation de simulation doit essentiellement reposer sur une intention didactique, sur l\u2019anticipation de la validit\u00e9 de la simulation en termes d\u2019apprentissages attendus.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>La deuxi\u00e8me th\u00e9matique, propos\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/staff.umons.ac.be\/Madison.DAVE\/pubsfr.html\">Madison Dave<\/a> (Ph.D-student, SPT\u2013 UMONS), traite de l\u2019activit\u00e9 du formateur en simulation. La pr\u00e9sentation souligne l\u2019importance de cette activit\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences construites par les apprenants. On constate toutefois un nombre encore assez limit\u00e9 de recherches sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 du formateur dans la conduite des simulations, et ce, quelle qu\u2019en soit la phase : briefing, s\u00e9ance, d\u00e9briefing. La pr\u00e9sentation propose deux perspectives pour mod\u00e9liser l\u2019activit\u00e9 du formateur. Celle-ci peut en effet \u00eatre vue comme une activit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation ou comme une activit\u00e9 de gestion d\u2019environnement dynamique. Enfin, une attention particuli\u00e8re est accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 de guidage du formateur. Une typologie de 7 modalit\u00e9s de guidage est propos\u00e9e. La mise en \u0153uvre de ces modalit\u00e9s d\u00e9pend de compromis r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le formateur entre 4 p\u00f4les en tension : le p\u00f4le formateur, le p\u00f4le apprenant, le p\u00f4le syst\u00e8me et le p\u00f4le objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le prolongement, la troisi\u00e8me th\u00e9matique, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/staff.umons.ac.be\/Valerie.DUVIVIER\/pubsfr.html\">Val\u00e9rie Duvivier<\/a> (PH.D- student, INAS- UMONS) d\u00e9taillait l\u2019activit\u00e9 du formateur en d\u00e9briefing post-simulation. L\u2019examen de la litt\u00e9rature permet de constater que le d\u00e9briefing demeure complexe \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre et que les formateurs sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement amen\u00e9s \u00e0 sortir de leur zone de confort. De plus, la mani\u00e8re dont le formateur s&#8217;empare de l&rsquo;objet de simulation et l&rsquo;utilise pour former les apprenants et la mani\u00e8re dont le formateur soutient l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des apprenants lors du d\u00e9briefing sont encore peu ou pas \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. Lorsque c&rsquo;est le cas, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments rapport\u00e9s sont de nature prescriptive, peu op\u00e9rationnalisables en termes de manifestations et difficilement rattachables \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le th\u00e9orique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du point de vue du guidage du formateur (contrairement au moment de l&rsquo;exercice simul\u00e9). Dans ce contexte, la communication visait \u00e0 proposer un mod\u00e8le listant un ensemble de dimensions propres \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du formateur tout en pr\u00e9servant la singularit\u00e9 des situations de formation. Bas\u00e9 sur le mod\u00e8le des cinq carr\u00e9s de Leplat et Cuny (1974), le mod\u00e8le articule trois niveaux de processus (conditions internes et externes, activit\u00e9 conduite et effet) \u00e0 travers sept cat\u00e9gories de facteurs (facteurs personnels, contextuels, technologiques, instrumentaux, de r\u00e9gulation, internes au formateur, internes \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprenant). La communication a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les coulisses de la conception d\u2019un outil novateur d\u2019assistance aux formateurs, en contexte \u00e9cologique, et ce afin de conserver le d\u00e9roulement normal de l\u2019action. Une fois d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et test\u00e9, l\u2019 outil permettra 1) d\u2019 extraire le niveau d\u2019attention du comportement des participants \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019\u00e9quipements de suivi oculaire, 2) d\u2019analyser en 3 dimensions la sc\u00e8ne et les comportements des individus qui s\u2019y trouvent et 3) de localiser les sources audio telles que la parole des participants. La pr\u00e9sentation a mis en avant l\u2019importance de prendre rapidement en compte les contraintes des terrains d\u2019analyse ( micro-enseignement et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail) mais aussi de la mani\u00e8re de repr\u00e9senter les donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es afin de faciliter leur traitement.
