En Communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise de Belgique, la rentr\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique de septembre 2023 voit la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une importante r\u00e9forme dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Celle-ci marque un tournant dans l\u2019histoire de la formation initiale des enseignants en Belgique francophone (FIE). Notamment, les \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 exercer au niveau maternel, au niveau primaire ou au niveau secondaire inf\u00e9rieur connaissent trois changements majeurs : elles passent de trois \u00e0 quatre ans, elles donnent lieu \u00e0 un dipl\u00f4me de master (2e cycle ou niveau 7 du Cadre europ\u00e9en des certifications – CEC) et non plus de bachelier (1er cycle ou niveau 6 du CEC), et elles se d\u00e9roulent d\u00e9sormais en collaboration entre les hautes \u00e9coles et les universit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le Courrier hebdomadaire du CRISP n\u00b0 2564-2565 met cette r\u00e9forme en perspective, en la repla\u00e7ant dans le temps long. Retra\u00e7ant plus de deux si\u00e8cles d\u2019histoire, il montre comment, au fil du temps et en r\u00e9ponse aux mutations successives du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif, la volont\u00e9 politique a \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans le sens d\u2019une pr\u00e9paration croissante au m\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant.<\/p>\n

L\u2019actuelle r\u00e9forme fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re, portant non seulement sur son contenu et sur ses implications, mais \u00e9galement sur les tensions, ruptures et continuit\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9maill\u00e9 le processus d\u00e9cisionnel qui lui a donn\u00e9 naissance. Ainsi, les auteurs analysent la fa\u00e7on dont le d\u00e9cret initial, adopt\u00e9 en 2019, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9 en 2021. Ils rel\u00e8vent que certaines questions importantes restent actuellement sans r\u00e9ponse, et soulignent les opportunit\u00e9s en termes de renforcement du r\u00f4le de la recherche dans le cadre de la formation initiale des enseignants.<\/p>\n
