Comment permettre \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u2019exprimer sa singularit\u00e9 tout en construisant des apprentissages qui s&rsquo;inscrivent dans un registre commun. Ces communications ont refl\u00e9t\u00e9 le passage d\u2019une focalisation sur les \u00ab\u00a0 effets \u00bb de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation culturelle et artistique (en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au Symposium de Beaubourg en 2008 sur le sujet) \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00ab apprentissages \u00bb culturels et artistiques. Ainsi, en Europe, il ne s&rsquo;agit plus de justifier le bien fond\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation culturelle et artistique, mais bien d\u2019accompagner efficacement le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;apprentissages qui contribuent d&rsquo;une part \u00e0 rendre visible les vis\u00e9es d\u2019apprentissages et d&rsquo;autre part \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019expression de chacun que ce soit \u00e0 travers une pratique artistique, un style professionnel ou encore un parcours culturel et artistique.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 belge, c&rsquo;est le suivi et l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019un parcours culturel et artistique qui \u00e9tait au c\u0153ur de la probl\u00e9matique travaill\u00e9e. La pr\u00e9sentation s\u2019est focalis\u00e9e sur le cadre conceptuel d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour la FWB sur le carnet de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve.
