Abstract<\/p>\n
In French-speaking Belgium, pre-service teachers are required to develop 13 competences during their teacher preparation. However, little research has investigated the way in which supervisors and cooperating teachers support pre-service teachers in their proficiency in teaching competences during debriefings. Faced with this gap, this article presents a model of the effective practices of the triad (pre-service teacher, cooperating teachers, supervisor) during post-lesson conferences. To this end, a grid enabling the researcher to classify the triad’s comments by theme was developed and inserted into a software program. Firstly, the results indicate that the debriefings analyzed were not discussions in which speaking time was distributed equitably. Secondly, the analysis reveals that the most frequently discussed themes were learning management, administrative record-keeping and classroom management. Thirdly, a sequencing of the debriefing into several phases was achieved through analysis of the visual representation obtained following coding of the themes evoked by the triad. Taken together, the results offer a number of avenues for improving initial teacher preparation.<\/p>\n

En Belgique francophone, les futurs enseignants doivent d\u00e9velopper 13 comp\u00e9tences lors de leur formation. Cependant, peu de recherches ont investigu\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont les superviseurs et les maitres de stage, lors des d\u00e9briefings effectu\u00e9s durant les stages, accompagnent le stagiaire dans la maitrise des comp\u00e9tences d\u2019enseignement. Face \u00e0 ce manque, cet article pr\u00e9sente une mod\u00e9lisation des pratiques effectives de la triade (stagiaire, maitre de stage, superviseur) lors de d\u00e9briefings post-le\u00e7ons. Pour ce faire, une grille permettant au chercheur de classer par th\u00e8mes les propos de la triade a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e et ins\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un logiciel. Premi\u00e8rement, les r\u00e9sultats indiquent que les d\u00e9briefings analys\u00e9s ne sont pas des discussions o\u00f9 le temps de parole est r\u00e9parti \u00e9quitablement. Deuxi\u00e8mement, l\u2019analyse a permis d\u2019identifier que les th\u00e8mes les plus abord\u00e9s portent sur la gestion des apprentissages, la tenue des documents administratifs et la gestion de classe.
