Bien que de nombreux facteurs pr\u00e9dictifs de l\u2019engagement organisationnel aient \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9s, l\u2019influence de la justice organisationnelle sur l\u2019engagement des enseignants reste insuffisamment explor\u00e9e, notamment dans les contextes des pays en d\u00e9veloppement. Cette recherche vise \u00e0 analyser l\u2019effet de la justice organisationnelle sur l\u2019engagement des enseignants. M\u00e9thodologie: L\u2019\u00e9tude repose sur un \u00e9chantillon non probabiliste par convenance (N=201) constitu\u00e9 d\u2019enseignants exer\u00e7ant dans quelques \u00e9coles publics en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC). Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter deux instruments d\u2019\u00e9valuation: l\u2019\u00c9chelle de Justice Organisationnelle et l\u2019\u00c9chelle d\u2019Engagement Organisationnel. Une analyse de r\u00e9gression multiple standardis\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9e pour examiner comment les perceptions de la justice organisationnelle influencent les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions de l\u2019engagement organisationnel des enseignants. R\u00e9sultats: Les r\u00e9sultats mettent en \u00e9vidence une corr\u00e9lation significative entre les perceptions de la justice organisationnelle et les niveaux d\u2019engagement des enseignants. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la justice proc\u00e9durale, distributive et interactionnelle pr\u00e9dit de mani\u00e8re positive et significative les trois formes d\u2019engagement organisationnel: affectif, de continuit\u00e9 et normatif. Conclusion et recommandations: Cette \u00e9tude souligne que les \u00e9tablissements scolaires promouvant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et la justice organisationnelle sont mieux plac\u00e9s pour favoriser la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et l\u2019attachement psychologique des enseignants. Les r\u00e9sultats encouragent les d\u00e9cideurs et gestionnaires scolaires \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des pratiques \u00e9quitables pour renforcer l\u2019engagement des enseignants et, par cons\u00e9quent, am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 globale de l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Les caf\u00e9s de l&#039;INAS -
