Membre du Centre de Recherches sur l\u2019\u00c9ducation, les Apprentissages et la Didactique (CR\u00c9AD), elle conduit des recherches sur le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des enseignants dans leurs milieux de travail.\u00a0\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide de la \u2018M\u00e9thode trajectoire\u2019, un outil m\u00e9thodologique qu&rsquo;elle a \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 cette fin, elle \u00e9tudie les trajectoires de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 en portant un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier\u00a0aux interrelations entre ce d\u00e9veloppement et diverses contingences\u00a0: interactions diverses (dont les recherches collaboratives)\u00a0; nouvelles demandes institutionnelles (accompagnement du projet d\u2019orientation dans l\u2019enseignement secondaire, approche-programme et approche par comp\u00e9tences dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur)\u00a0; changements soci\u00e9taux (d\u00e9ploiement du num\u00e9rique, situation de confinement).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>La M\u00e9thode trajectoire, un outil m\u00e9thodologique pour la recherche sur le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, et un\u00a0instrument de potentiel d\u00e9veloppement (par Catherine Loisy)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La <em>&lsquo;M\u00e9thode trajectoire&rsquo; <\/em>est un outil m\u00e9thodologique con\u00e7u pour explorer les apprentissages et le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel qui peut, pour les personnes participantes, contribuer \u00e0 des prises de conscience sur ceux-ci, et soutenir l\u2019ouverture \u00e0 de nouvelles pistes de d\u00e9veloppement. Sa conception repose sur une approche vygotskienne qui situe le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel dans les interrelations entre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue et les conditions offertes par le milieu. La passation d\u00e9ploie plusieurs t\u00e2ches successives qui mobilisent divers artefacts symboliques : \u00e9criture de mots-cl\u00e9s, discours, production d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation visuelle de la trajectoire. Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9sentation des fondements th\u00e9oriques et conceptuels de l&rsquo;outil issus de la th\u00e9orie historique et culturelle du d\u00e9veloppement, et des fondements m\u00e9thodologiques inspir\u00e9s des r\u00e9cits de vie et de travaux sur les repr\u00e9sentations visuelles, la conf\u00e9rence exposera le protocole des entretiens semi-directifs \u2018<em>M\u00e9thode trajectoire<\/em>\u2019, puis divers r\u00e9sultats de recherche.<\/p>\n<p>Les recherches mobilisant l\u2019entretien princeps ont permis de rep\u00e9rer o\u00f9 se situent les contradictions potentielles sources du d\u00e9veloppement et les processus par lesquels ces contradictions conduisent au\u00a0d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019activit\u00e9. Les entretiens seconds ont permis de mettre au jour certaines retomb\u00e9es de l\u2019entretien princeps, notamment en termes de reconfiguration du rapport \u00e0 soi, et du rapport \u00e0 sa trajectoire professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Des exemples de recherches seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s pour illustrer la m\u00e9thode :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les premi\u00e8res recherches importantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conduites dans le contexte du Projet ANR (2014-2018) ReVEA (Ressources vivantes pour l\u2019enseignement et l\u2019apprentissage) ; celles-ci ont permis, \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;entretiens men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;enseignants de quatre disciplines (sciences de la vie et de la Terre, langues vivantes, math\u00e9matiques, et sciences et techniques de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur), de finaliser le protocole de l\u2019entretien princeps \u2018M\u00e9thode trajectoire\u2019, et d\u2019\u00e9laborer le cadre d\u2019analyse du d\u00e9veloppement professionnel.<\/li>\n<li>Une recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans le contexte du Projet PREMaTT (Penser les Ressources de l\u2019Enseignement des Math\u00e9matiques dans un Temps de Transitions) de l\u2019Institut Carnot de l\u2019\u00c9ducation de la R\u00e9gion AuRA (2017-2019) ;
