The presence and participation of the student is very important. Useful information for the examination is available only during the theory sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratory<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Laboratory sessions: 7. Laboratory sessions are duplicated. The laboratories are illustrated with examples, consisting of the assembly and measure of circuits composed by several transistors, discrete and integrated components. Some sessions are based on the modeling and Spice simulation in an EDA environment (Cadence).<\/p>\n<p>They are of primary importance to allow a comprehension by the practice of the concepts necessary to handle components and modeling using EDA tools (Cadence and Spice), their interfaces, the interaction with the environment and the handling of the measuring devices.<\/p>\n<p>During these sessions, the student writes a report regarding the measures and the analysis of the results obtained. A group of students is systematically chosen to present the main aspects of the laboratory work. Groups of 2-3 people. List groups to be returned before the 1st laboratory. Points by presentation. Reports returned at the end of the session.
