Le mercredi 11 f\u00e9vrier 2026, l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Service de Psychologie Clinique de l\u2019UMONS a eu le plaisir d\u2019animer un atelier dans le cadre de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 des Enfants.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Vice-Versa : mes \u00e9motions et moi dans tout \u00e7a ? \u00bb, cet atelier proposait aux enfants de 6 \u00e0 9 ans une exploration ludique et bienveillante de leur monde int\u00e9rieur. Inspir\u00e9s de l\u2019univers du film Vice-Versa, les participants sont partis \u00e0 la rencontre de leurs \u00e9motions \u2014 joie, tristesse, peur, col\u00e8re et d\u00e9go\u00fbt \u2014 \u00e0 travers des jeux interactifs et des \u00e9changes adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur \u00e2ge.<\/div>\n

L\u2019objectif ? Aider les enfants \u00e0 mieux reconna\u00eetre leurs \u00e9motions, comprendre leur utilit\u00e9 et d\u00e9couvrir des strat\u00e9gies simples pour les accueillir sans jugement. \ud83d\udc9b<\/div>\n

Anim\u00e9 par M\u00e9lissa Florian, Madyson Messiaen, Anthony Mauroy, Clo\u00e9 Rose Cetko, Maria-Pascale Lukenga et Aur\u00e9lia Maujonnet, l\u2019atelier a rencontr\u00e9 un vif succ\u00e8s. Les enfants se sont montr\u00e9s curieux, enthousiastes et pleinement investis. \ud83d\udc4f<\/div>\n

Une belle exp\u00e9rience de partage autour de la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle, que l\u2019\u00e9quipe esp\u00e8re renouveler prochainement. \u2728<\/div>\n
