Cette semaine avait lieu la Conf\u00e9rence 2023 de la International Neuropsychological Society (INS)<\/a>. Une \u00e9dition tout \u00e0 fait particuli\u00e8re puisque l’INS se r\u00e9unissait pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Asie de l’Est (Taipei – Taiwan). Engag\u00e9e \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement de la science et de la pratique neuropsychologiques dans le monde entier, l’INS a fait de cette \u00e9dition l’occasion de pr\u00e9senter l’excellence de la recherche neuropsychologique dans toutes les r\u00e9gions d’Asie, le tout dans un cadre d’\u00e9change international. La Conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e en \u00e9troite collaboration entre l’INS et la Taiwan Association of Neuropsychological Development and Mental Rehabilitation (TANDMR).<\/a><\/p>\n

A cette occasion, le Pr. Laurent Lefebvre a pu partager les premiers r\u00e9sultats de la recherche \u00ab\u00a0Alzheimer\u2019s disease affects controlled retrieval, the more age-resistant process of semantic executive\u00a0\u00bb. Cette recherche men\u00e9e en collaboration avec la Pr. Isabelle Simoes Loureiro et Sandra Invernizzi (Doctorante FNRS FRESH), explore l’effet de la maladie d’Alzheimer et de la d\u00e9pression dans le vieillissement sur les m\u00e9canismes de s\u00e9mantique ex\u00e9cutive.<\/p>\n
