{"id":1505,"date":"2024-01-26T18:17:43","date_gmt":"2024-01-26T17:17:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/spcn\/?p=1505"},"modified":"2024-01-26T18:17:43","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T17:17:43","slug":"nouveaux-electroencephalogrammes-pour-nos-recherches-en-psychologie-cognitive-et-neuropsychologie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.umons.ac.be\/spcn\/2024\/01\/26\/nouveaux-electroencephalogrammes-pour-nos-recherches-en-psychologie-cognitive-et-neuropsychologie\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouveaux \u00e9lectroenc\u00e9phalogrammes pour nos recherches en psychologie cognitive et neuropsychologie !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre des recherches du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triadic-resilience-eos.be\/fr\/about-3\">TRIAD<\/a> financ\u00e9 par le programme Excellence of Science (EOS) du Fonds National pour la Recherche Scientifique FWO-FNRS, le laboratoire PCN a r\u00e9cemment acquis trois \u00e9lectroenc\u00e9phalogrammes (EEG).<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau mat\u00e9riel permet d\u2019enregistrer des changements dans l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique produite par le cerveau (principalement dans le cortex) et d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier les liens entre diverses mesures de la dynamique neuronale et les \u00e9tats fonctionnels du cerveau, d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par le comportement, la cognition ou la neuropathologie.<\/p>\n<p>Ces appareils permettront tr\u00e8s prochainement de conduire de prometteuses \u00e9tudes dans le cadre des diff\u00e9rents projets de recherche des membres du PCN, dont des \u00e9tudes d\u2019hyperscanning. L\u2019hyperscanning consiste \u00e0 enregistrer l\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale de plusieurs personnes en m\u00eame temps et d\u2019examiner les relations entre leurs patterns d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de corr\u00e9lations ou d&rsquo;analyses de coh\u00e9rence. Cette approche relativement r\u00e9cente offre des perspectives uniques pour explorer les m\u00e9canismes neuronaux sous-jacents aux interactions sociales, \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration et \u00e0 la communication interindividuelle.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus utilis\u00e9e en neurosciences sociales, elle permet notamment d\u2019\u00e9tudier le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de synchronie neuronale (inter-brain synchrony) qui apparait lorsque deux personnes (ou plus) engag\u00e9es dans une interaction sociale pr\u00e9sentent des patterns d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 neuronale synchrones. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs le sujet d\u2019\u00e9tude actuel des membres du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triadic-resilience-eos.be\/fr\/about-3\">TRIAD<\/a>, port\u00e9 au sein du PCN par Mandy Rossignol, qui s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la synchronie neuronale dans les familles (triadique).<\/p>\n<p>De premiers fructueux essais du mat\u00e9riel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur trois participants volontaires au laboratoire (photo ci-dessous).
