En effet, la Professeure Mandy Rossignol participe au consortium Psicocap+ qui sera financ\u00e9 par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interreg-fwvl.eu\/fr\">programme de coop\u00e9ration territoriale europ\u00e9enne Interreg<\/a> France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen.<\/p>\n<p>Le handicap psychique d\u00e9signe la condition des personnes qui vivent des limitations et des difficult\u00e9s dans leur vie quotidienne en raison de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale. Plus invisibilis\u00e9 que le handicap physique, le handicap psychique est une condition dont l\u2019intensit\u00e9 peut varier, allant parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 entraver consid\u00e9rablement la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019 \u00e0 interagir socialement, de travailler, de g\u00e9rer ses \u00e9motions ou d\u2019accomplir des t\u00e2ches quotidiennes. Il s\u2019agit donc de situations qui requi\u00e8rent des attentions, des soins et des adaptations.<\/p>\n<p>Cet ambitieux projet rassemble 11 op\u00e9rateurs partenaires et 14 op\u00e9rateurs associ\u00e9es, 13 belges, 10 fran\u00e7ais, 1 transfrontalier et 1 international sur un territoire qui associe l\u2019ouest de la R\u00e9gion Grand Est et les Hauts-de-France du c\u00f4t\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais et la province de Namur, du Hainaut, du Luxembourg, les Flandre orientale et occidentale en Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet permettra l\u2019observation des donn\u00e9es et des pratiques sur le handicap psychique mais aussi de mettre en place le contexte permettant aux exp\u00e9riences positives de r\u00e9ellement prendre place sur le terrain.
