Functional Analysis Unit

A teaching and research service of the Department of Mathematics dedicated to mathematical analysis and the study of dynamical systems.

The Functional Analysis service of the Mathematics Department at the University of Mons is led by Quentin Menet (Lecturer and former Qualified Researcher of the F.R.S-FNRS). The aim of this service is to advance research in functional analysis, and more specifically in linear dynamics, a field that studies the behaviour of the orbits of linear and continuous operators on a Banach space or a Fréchet space.
