The Functional Analysis service of the Mathematics Department at the University of Mons is led by Quentin Menet (Lecturer and former Qualified Researcher of the F.R.S-FNRS). The aim of this service is to advance research in functional analysis, and more specifically in linear dynamics, a field that studies the behaviour of the orbits of linear and continuous operators on a Banach space or a Fréchet space.
