Within the "Human Resources and Responsible Organizations" department, we are particularly interested in issues related to human resource management and social responsibility within various organizations.
Our department provides teaching in four areas, both at the bachelor and master levels:
- Human resource management
- University pedagogy
- Social responsibility and sustainable development
- Quantitative methods
Our research activities focus on human resource management and corporate social responsibility issues, as well as the links between these two issues.
