Team for fundamental research in database and knowledge-base systems.

The Information Systems research group of the University of Mons specializes in IT aspects of information systems. The group has expertise in the following technologies in particular: database design, temporal databases, integration and quality of databases, data mining, data warehousing, symbolic artificial intelligence (ontologies, knowledge representation & reasoning).
