Registration fees include admission to the conference, lunches and coffee breaks and welcome pack with e.g. electronic version of the abstracts:

Only those participants who have paid their registration fees will be allowed in.
Proof of PhD status will be checked upon arrival for registration. Participants are requested to wear their identification tags during the conference.
