Consulting

The Department performs expertises and consulting projects for the industry. More and more, litigations about the exposition of workers to noise and vibrations on the workplace appear. The recent European Directives 2002/44/CE and 2003/10/CE protecting the workers against high vibrations and noise levels show how important these topics become in the industry. The Department has the equipment and the competences to quantify noise and vibration levels, evaluate the risks for the health and find adapted technical solutions. We also help companies to design quieter products, i.e. less vibrating and more silent.
