Financial structure’s déterminants

The theme of this postdoc will of course be refined with the candidate. The idea would be to study the current literature on the problem of European corporate finance more than sixty years after the publication of Modigliani & Miller’s seminal papers and to use quantitative methodologies that are also current in relation to this problem, such as variable selection.
