INVOICE

The invoice will not be modified and will only be issued once. It is important to perfectly fill the invoice information in page 3 of the form (with your TVA number, your references, etc.)

Please do not request an invoice if you have already paid by credit card or bank transfer. To prove your payment to your institution, use a copy of your account statement or VISA/MasterCard statement

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund, minus bank charges, until August 31th, 2025. No refund after this date. Refund by bank transfer.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (extension.evenement@umons.ac.be) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the command number, and the bank account number
