Description

As part of this training, Professor Thomas Brihaye will help you discover tools from various sources that he has personally tried to tame his own stress. The goal of this training is not to talk again and again about the biological or physiological aspects of stress, but rather to experiment with concrete tools, and to exchange between participants.

Trainer: Prof. Thomas Brihaye

Thomas Brihaye is a professor in the Mathematics Department at UMONS. He has been supervising doctoral students here for more than 10 years. He also has  the status of ‘trusted person’ (“personnne de confiance” is an official position) at UMONS. Like you, his academic career has often confronted him with stressful situations. In recent years, he has therefore been very interested in stress prevention and emotional management. He is thus looked into the various tools that will be discussed.

Schedule: from 9 am to 12.30 pm
