The Enrolment Service is moving to the Rosa Parks building!
The Enrolment Service is open from Monday to Friday inclusive from 9am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm to provide you with information, support and assistance in your enrolment process or for any other question.
Please note that all new students are invited to apply online via the application available here .
From 03 October, we will be open according to the following schedule:
Registration desk : Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 12pm.
only for :
- (re)registration for the AESS and CAPAES
- UMONS students changing their course of study
- former UMONS students who have interrupted their studies at the UMONS.
The information desk is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm.
The office is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We have a self-registration room in our offices if you have any computer problems. Our jobbers will guide you as best as possible.
For registration certificates, family allowances, public transport, they are available via MyUMONS, we thank you to consult our FAQ (in french).
