UMONS is preparing to renew the HRS4R label, which is essential for the attractiveness and European funding of research, by adhering to principles of quality and scientific integrity.

On 12th March, a delegation from Mons, accompanied by members of UMONS, went to Valenciennes to discuss the strengthening of collaborations between the two cities, as well as between the two local universities, for which solid partnerships already exist.

UMONS' involvement in the Initialis Science Park in Mons is notably reflected in the presence of 3 of its 4 innovation centres (the fourth is currently being set up in Charleroi). This prime location enables the University of Mons to benefit from a dynamic environment of technological development.
