Short-term institutional investor activism

Description

Studies on institutional holding generally focus on long term investors ; it does not mean that activism can not emerge from short term institutional holdings. Indeed, studies on institutional pressure are based on the way Boards are developped and organized. A new framework has to be built for short term institutional holding pressure. The PhD will consider French and Belgian markets.
