Research Topic
Does the emancipation of women workers depend on trade union engagement? A study conducted in Belgian and Bangladeshi political contexts.
Research Project
Trade union engagement among women workers as a process of political and social emancipation. The ethnographic research conducted in Belgium and Bangladesh highlights forms of resistance to capitalist and patriarchal domination, as well as the individual and collective transformations associated with activist engagement and the contemporary dynamics of women’s trade union movements.

The Foreigner in Spanish Political Discourse: From Francoism to Contemporary Nationalism (1936–2023).
Research Project
Representation of the figure of the foreigner in Spanish political discourse across two periods: the Francoist regime and the contemporary period marked by the emergence of new nationalist movements. The research highlights both continuities and ruptures, as well as the political and ideological legacies that shape representations of otherness within the Spanish political sphere.
