2. Faculty Unit for Educational Support

The FMP has its own education unit which revolves around the following aspects:

This help is available to all FMP students, but the assistance of this educational support unit is particularly important for those studying biomedical sciences who have chosen to take the entrance exam for Medicine the following year

3. Theoretical and Practical Teaching

Finally, the teaching at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy is heavily based both on theory and practice, with the opportunity to carry out several medical placements at hospitals in Belgium and abroad, or research placements in companies or at other universities. Personalised teaching has always been favoured at the Faculty through numerous practical exercises, which allow easy interaction with the Faculty’s assistants, and by carrying out personal projects, presentations and group work.
