50 recruiting companies and over 250 future graduates at UMONS Career Day 2022

The UMONS Career Day was made possible thanks to the collaboration of two entities, as Christine Boutique, the event’s organizer, reminds us:

“UMONS Career Day was born thanks to a partnership between a UMONS junior enterprise, JEWaC’S, and a UMONS administrative service, the Service Insertion Pro & Alumni, in collaboration with its faculties and schools. This first face-to-face event brought together 50 companies from all sectors and over 250 students. UMONS Career Day, Give wings to your career”.

During this afternoon, in the UMONS premises, the participants had the opportunity to make professional connections, to learn more about the job market, to compile precious advice for their future career, to land an internship or a future job but also to have their CVs reviewed to make them even more attractive.

On the companies’ side, different actors were present to recruit candidates leaving the school next year or future interns.

The students were in the right place on Wednesday, March 16, to put a maximum of chances on their side because, as Christine Boutique explains,

“the UMONS is a place where you can find a job,The UMONS is more than 800 graduates every year. After 2 years of distance recruitment, we also think that for companies, it is a real added value to meet our students in person.
