ISIA researchers at the SmartNation AI Hackathon

ISIA Lab @ SmartNation AI Hackathon

Mohammed El Amine MOKHTARI, Francois Marelli, Feten Shkiri Gabbouj and Vincent Stragier, researchers at the ISIA Lab (UMONS), took part in the SmartNation AI Hackathon at the Vivalia site between March 12 and 14. During the event, participants from all walks of life-researchers, entrepreneurs and doctors-combined their efforts to help hospitals through artificial intelligence, and more specifically large language models (LLM for short, the technology behind ChatGPT). In just two days, they prototyped a tool for standardizing medical records, enabling hospital staff to quickly and easily query their patients’ combined data.

The resulting software is openly available on GitHub.
