Italia-Belgio : Una storia in comune
The year 2023-2024 will be placed under the sign of Italy at UMONS. Indeed, after having dedicated the year 2014-2015 to France and the year 2019-2020 to Germany, UMONS will put Italy in the spotlight throughout the academic year, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, the Istituto Italiano di Cultura, the City of Mons, as well as various cultural actors in the Province of Hainaut.
The objective pursued by this initiative is on the one hand to strengthen existing partnerships and contacts and to allow new academic, scientific and cultural exchanges to develop, but also to highlight the deep and lasting relations which unite Italy and Belgium, particularly in the Province of Hainaut.
On this occasion, UMONS is offering numerous events, both scientific and cultural, which will run from September 2023 to June 2024.
Here is the calendar of events, which will be updated throughout the year.
