1st Cycle: Bachelor

In the first cycle, the Faculty offers two Bachelors :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, general
This leads to the Bachelors degree (non-professionalizing diploma) and gives direct access to Masters in Psychological Sciences or Masters in Education Sciences.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, Speech and Language Therapy
This leads to the degree of Bachelier (a non-professional diploma) and gives direct access to the Master’s degree in speech and language therapy, which is not organised by UMONS.

The programme of the Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, General is partly similar to the programme of the Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education Sciences, Speech and Language Therapy. The first annual block of 60 credits is in fact identical to both orientations. This organization facilitates the possible transition from one orientation to the other at the end of the first academic year. The rest of the cycle is distinguished by 59 credits common to both orientations and 61 credits specific to each orientation of the programme.
