Mathematical modeling and optimization of beer fermentation

This research focuses on the development of mathematical models of the beer fermentation process based on experimental studies of the influencing factors (temperature, initial concentrations), the development of on-line monitoring devices (mix of hardware and software sensors), and the use of these models and monitoring devices to optimize the fermentation process according to various criteria.
