Specialised Master’s degrees

Before any registration at UMONS, you will need to submit an application via the online admissions application form.

This form, once printed off, signed and dated, will be transferred to the relevant department. In the event that your application is successful, you will be sent an acceptance letter.

Once you have been accepted, you can go, in person, to the Registration Office between the 25th June and 31st October to finalise your registration.

In the event that your application is rejected, you will be informed by e-mail.

You must also provide a FINANCIAL SUPPORT PLAN (EU students wishing to be admitted onto the Specialised Master’s degree in Risk Management and Well-Being at Work must also provide a financial support plan).

If your application is successful, you will receive an acceptance letter inviting you to pay a portion of your tuition fees.

Once the fees have been received, you will receive the documents necessary for your visa application.

If you do not require a visa, payment of the increased tuition fees will be due, in accordance with the provisions set out in the study regulations (you can pay by Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

For assimilated students, proof of assimilation must be provided on the day of registration.

In the event that your application is rejected, you will be informed by e-mail.

  • 30th April 2021 for non-resident students who need a study visa
  • 31 Augustus 2021 for Belgian and EU students who do not need a study visa

Students can access Specialised Master’s degrees if they fulfil the criteria for second cycle studies and hold a second cycle qualification from, or outside of, the French Community of Belgium, or if they have skills which have been validated for at least 300 credits by the board.
