Training offer
The Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning offers :
- A 3-year Bachelor’s in architecture.
- A 2-year Master’s in architecture with a specialist focus on either construction or urban planning.
With this Master’s degree, graduates can pursue a career as a self-employed architect, among other professions. In order to do this, graduates must first do a traineeship for two years. They can work under a fully qualified architect who is a member of the Belgian ‘Order of Architects’ (Ordre des Architectes). - A PhD in Architecture. The main fields of research at the Faculty are: sustainable architecture, territorial development and urban sociology.
