International Student Mobility
All Polytech Mons degrees are EUR-ACE certified in Europe and are recognised in France by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI), which attests that our courses conform to the quality criteria developed in Europe for engineering training. This further enhances international mobility and the employability of our graduates. More than 40% of our graduates carried out an international mobility placement during their studies, in more than 20 destinations around the world.
At Bachelor level, students can already complete part of their training abroad. The Master’s courses at Polytech Mons also offer students mobility opportunities through ERASMUS, with 100 partner institutions around the world taking part in this programme. The international Master’s experience takes the form of an academic stay of at least one semester. In many cases, students spend this time working on their dissertations.
Polytech Mons is part of the T.I.M.E. (Top Industrial Managers in Engineering) network, which brings together the world’s leading engineering schools. This privilege gives our students the opportunity to obtain a second degree from another top institution (e.g. Supaéro in Toulouse, Supélec in Paris, Ecole Centrale de Lille, Technical University of Madrid (UPM), Politecnico di Milano, Technische Universiton Wien).
For several years, teams of engineering students have participated in national and international competitions against other teams of students from all over the world, such as the Robotics Cup and the Shell Eco-Marathon. These competitions are an opportunity to meet surprising and demanding challenges while making contacts with other partners.
